Fantastic employees. Jermaine and Andre were terrific, just hard to swallow the price. If I wasn't in a time crunch would have tried to make other arrangements to save the money.

I received a call when they were on their way to the apartment, during the time frame which was agreed upon. The two gentlemen could not have been nicer. They surveyed the situation and then explained how the pricing worked. They thought maybe our load would be more than one truck load and explained that if it was more than one load, they could still finish the job today. And it did turn out to be 2 loads. They left to empty the truck and were back in less than one hour to finish with the 2nd load. These guys were really good...never complained and were very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat!! I highly recommend 1-800- GOT-JUNK!!

The people were the best. Jimmy and David called prior to coming to provide an ETA. Arrived on time and ready to work!!! Polite, kind and hard working. One of the best crews that have come to my house. I have used 1-800-Got-Junk several times in the past and have yet to have a less that perfect experience.
