They were nice guys who didn't complain about micro-managing. Asked us when they weren't sure, like when closed luggage or boxes with contents marked, and gave us time to check to be sure. We ancients didn't remember about family treasures we'd buried in there 20 years ago., Nor did they complain about all the lifting and the cold.

The kindness and professionalism of the lead person there, Andre. He was awesome and someone you should treat very well and retain. He certainly represents your organization very well. He was nice, careful when they moved stuff, patient, friendly, professional. I can't say enough about him. The price of your service is not cheap, but I understand why - it certainly helped ease the financial pain by receiving the service that I did.
