They were in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Great communication and execution. The team members that picked up my couch were professional, communicative, and careful to not harm my walls, floors, or other belongings - along with the couch itself in case it could be donated. You could tell they knew what they were doing AND presented themselves professionally too. Definitely recommend.My only suggestion would be for the business office to confirm whether or not customer’s items ultimately make it to a donation center after being received and reviewed.
