Setting the appointment was easy, but most of all, the major assets of your company are your representatives. I just can't say enough about how pleased I was with the two gentlemen that were here (Austin & Desean) who represented your company in a perfect way! These two men were extremely hard working and very respectful. This cleanout after 31 years has been stressful for us and they were very calming and patient, which was way above and beyond what I expected, while they tackled this never ending pile of junk that we had accumulated. The two men who brought the second truck pitched in for a short time and were also very pleasant. All in all a great experience!
