They came on time. They were friendly and efficient. Everything was loaded up quickly.

Both gentlemen were courteous, efficient and answered any / all questions. They both worked very hard getting all the stuff out of the basement and some of it was very heavy!. Appreciated their help.

Scheduling an appointment was a very simple process. I called around 2:45pm and after answering a few questions, I was completely surprised when an appointment was offered to me for the same day between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. The truck arrived within the specified time with two pleasant and polite workers. Unfortunately, after 6:00pm the truck was full and there were still items that needed to be disposed of. I figured I would have to schedule another appointment, but to my surprise once again the workers returned to their facility and retrieved a second truck. They returned to my project site and stayed until everything was loaded. They finally left around 8:30pm.

The gentlemen who came were very professional and took great care with both the surrounding walls, doors and floors. Still, we were horrified that they had no protective equipment available to them. They were moving an upright piano and could have suffered great injury, especially to their backs. I would ask that you prepare them for safety as well as professionalism.
