Super customer service!

They did a good job. Quick and easy. They were very polite and friendly. However, I didn't like the fact that they refuse to give you even a rough estimate over the phone. It's like they don't want you to know how expensive it is until they're already at your home. So, you may feel like you don't have a choice.

The entire process was stress free and easy. The pickup service was great, the guys who provided the service were prompt, provided clear communication on the process, and were in and out in no time. They called ahead of time to let me know expected time of arrival and were very friendly. I will definitely use this service again in the future.
