Your two employees did a good job communicating with me. They made sure they had enough room in their truck by asking the dimensions of the piano. They were clear about their time of arrival and made a good effort to pick up the piano today as planned. They were pleasant and efficient.Please consider having one truck mechanized to pull up a heavy load so workers are not in jeopardy of getting hurt.
