We were very pleased with how things were handled. The crew listened to what needed to be done and advised us on the best way to work through the removal of the items. The process went smoothly, and we quickly realized we would have no concerns. The area where the items were stored had an equal number of items for removal and those items that were to stay. There was clear communication and when necessary, a confirmation of items that were to be removed. They were very respectful, and we look forward to having them back in the future.
