Being professional is what it's all about. My apartment isn't easy to find on a GPS. But communication solves that problem. My team kept in contact throughout the process of getting to my apartment, so I was not wondering where they were. They arrived about 10 minutes late, but the communication started right on time, and the completion of the job was done more than an hour earlier than expected. Well done guys. I tipped them $200 when the job was complete. Well worth it, considering what had to be hauled.
