The entire process was very positive. Scheduling was very easy, with a wide range of time frames available. Communication was very effective, from confirmation to pre-arrival to post-load. The two gentlemen (I kick myself for not writing their names down so I could remember them) were professional and personable. Pricing was outlined up front, and removal was quick and careful. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? will be at the top of my list for this service in the future.
