My appointment slot was originally at 1-3pm, but they had a slot open up. They gave me a call and asked if they could come early and I said yes. They were there in 20 minutes. The whole ordeal took maybe 15 minutes or less. I paid, they left. Perfect service.

Well, I've used 1-800-GOT-JUNK three times in the past 6 months, twice in Beverly (two different times, each with a full truck load), Massachusetts and once in Columbia, South Carolina. Three times: I made the phone call, set an appointment, two people came with a large truck, I was given a quote after a review of what I wanted removed. I approved the quote. On the spot, the junk was removed quickly, cleanly, without a hitch each of these three times. I'll use 1-800-GOT-JUNK anytime in the future I need junk removed if there's one in that town.
