This was my THIRD time using 1-800-got-junk, because of your ease of scheduling, the Canadian Courtesy of your customer service personnel; the thoroughness and professionalism of Charlie and Zach, and the responsiveness of Stephen joining the effort when it was evident that, despite Charlie's organizational brilliance, there was no way we were going to be able to get the rest of my stuff on your truck. All that in addition to your ethical stance of keeping as much as possible out of the landfill.
