Thank you so much Terrence, I would give an 11 out of 10 if I could because his service was so great! He was so professional, polite, explained everything upfront & even swept up afterwards! I will absolutely be using your service again & recommending you to everyone I know as everyone I've interacted with even yourself who is taking down this feedback for me have had fantastic customer service & I've worked as a customer service trainer for over 30 years! You all have been so wonderful and I was recommended by someone else to use your service and they said how great you all are but I didn't believe it could be that good but you all really have exceeded my expectations so thank you so much!
