Mikey and his partner were great. They explained the process and surcharges for CRT TV's, etc. up front. They had to move a sleeper sofa from a second floor room. It was very heavy and awkward and it was a tight fit out of the room and down the stairs, but they were able to get it out without out damaging any walls or the stair case. They very efficiently cleared out a truck and a half of material from the basement and garage. They were both quite friendly and communicative.
