1-800-GOT-JUNK did everything well! The website was easy to navigate. The phone assistance was immediate. The scheduling was accommodating. The updates regarding ETA were accurate. AND, most importantly, the two very, very polite and professional gentlemen who faced the daunting and monumental task of dismantling and removing an EXCEEDINGLY heavy and bulky treadmill from the basement and carrying it through several narrow passages and out the door did so with seemingly ease and grace and speed. Thank you all, especially the two gentlemen whose stature and strength contributed to their polished performance. I highly recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK.
