They were professional, and cordial. They removed our three couches very easily. Both Willie and Jonathan did a great job.

Both men went out of their way to explain just what "Got Junk" would do during the project. They explained their insurance policy clearly and professionally. after I showed them what I needed to be done once I had cleaned up the aria, they explained how they would do all the clean up as part of the job and explained the total figure I would have to pay. I really hadn't realized they would move each piece and do any cleanup before and after. I was just going to have them give me a quote but after realizing just how much they included in their process, I went ahead and had them do the job today. They were polite, professional and gave me some valuable tips on how to sell some of the pieces they had to remove in order to get the expendable pieces out. They were very fast workers, especially in this heat. I will definitely be calling "1-800" again in the future and will be asking for Willie and John.
