Both Jason and Caleb were extremely polite and paid attention to detail when removing my furniture out my front door. Although they were about 1 hour late, past the 2 hour window, they did call and explain they were running late, which I did appreciate.

Antoine and Audell were incredibly quick, professional and friendly. They came by my un-air-conditioned apartment on one of the hottest days of the year, and took my heavy furniture out of my life like it was nothing. I can't say enough about how great they were. Thank you so much.

First of all, the ease of scheduling an appointment with a very pleasant young woman who spoke slowly and clearly. She answered all questions and was very helpful. I appreciated the email confirmation, and the quick response from someone informing me he had changed the name of the town as i had requested. Finally, the entire experience with Patrick & Free, beginning with the first phone call. I can't say enough nice things about them. Professional and friendly.
