service was great - both men were professional and courteous. They respected our home, removed all the items quickly and efficiently. He explained the pricing model and which items had an extra disposal cost. The only reason the score is not a 10 is the cost. The cost was higher than I expected but I felt we had no other choice to get rid of the items - we are older and do not have a truck so we are unable to remove and dispose of these items ourselves.
