This works exactly as advertised! I got a call in the morning to confirm the appointment, then received a call from the actual driver about 15 minutes before they were able to arrive. They looked at what I had, gave me a price and removed it all. The crew was friendly, helpful and polite. I give it a 10 for convenience and professionalism.
