Arrived on time (early actually). No questions. No comments. I negotiated price beforehand so no hassel whatsoever. Unfortunately the sofa sleeper was in good shape but Salvation Army refused it...actually said it looked used. It was, but not torn, not broken, not damaged. Needed a quick Stanely Steamer once over to look brand new. Angry with Sal Army....it was a $5000 sleeper and they said it was unsellable. Too bad it ia going to a land fill.
