The quick response. More importantly, the professionalism and courtesy shown by Terrance and Francis. I was unable to be on site, and Terrance contacted me before each step and provided me with pricing. The price was explained to me in great detail and the price itself was more than reasonable. Within 15 minutes of the time I contacted 1-800-GOT-JUNK, I received a telephone call from Terrance; and, within 1 hour of the first call, the junk was gone. Excellent service!
