It is very easy to set a pick up date. I did mine online. We have used Got Junk several times in the past 15 years. The people they send have always been respectful, courteous, highly skilled & very efficient, They communicate very well with the customer to ensure no item is taken by mistake. The pricing is very reasonable, and they are a well established company, so there is a feeling of safety & security for the customer. I appreciate that they will recycle and/or donate items. We would never use any service other than Got Junk.
