I was very happy they were flexible. They were also very courteous and professional.

The men who came to pick up the furniture were great and rate a 10. Personable, friendly, and highly competent. But they came a few hours later than scheduled. The original crew scheduled had an unexpectedly big job. That happens, I know, but I had to call the main number twice to see if someone was coming or not. I scheduled for 12-2, when I called at 1:40, I was told they'd be there by 2:30. then I called at 4pm, and they finally came close to 5.
