They were very sweet to my pets. Were patient when my 25 pound cat Henry didn't want to give up his favorite furniture. Had a whole conversation with him about why he needed to move. Didn't make me feel bad about what a mess my house was. Both very handsome and taller than me, 6+ feet. Two thumbs up.
