The crew were very good at following my instructions, and disposed of everything I wanted gone.

When the first crew failed to show within the appointed time, the communication was very good and I rescheduled for the following day. When the second crew failed to show at all, there was zero communication on your side. This was my first time using your services and, needless to say, I was ready to call it quits. When I called your main number, the lady I spoke with was very good. She contacted the local dispatch office (in Denver) and apologized for the lack of communication and their no show. She asked if I would be willing to give a third try and, in doing so, accommodated my top choice for pickup and offered a $25 discount. The crew that finally showed (Brittany and Mitch) - on the third attempt - were wonderful. They were professional, polite, and efficient - AND they called several hours before the scheduled time and again when they were about 30 minutes out. I had one item to be removed - a treadmill - and they handled the removal with great care for the item (which was in perfect condition/operation) as well as great care for my house (flooring, walls, etc.)What started out to be a negative experience ended on a truly positive note. I appreciate it!
