They came through after all the furniture was out and swept up and they really tried (knowing how much it was and how pricey it would be) to do everything they could to reduce the bill for me. even though the timing ended up being seriously push back (was supposed to be 2-4 and they get there at 9) they did all they could to get everything out quietly and efficiently. 3 other employees showed up to help and I find that wonderful to have crews that will reach out and help even at that time of night
