Both Shy and Anthony were terrific ! Both are very friendly, professional, hardworking and did a great job of cleaning up the area after they were through. Both Shy and Anthony explained all the services their company offers. This was our first time using GOT-JUNK, and was especially impressed with the communication starting wth the customer service agent, then follow up before the men arrived, and even a call from them saying what time they would be here. Our only reason for not giving a "10" was the price. First rate we agreed to was then raised by $100 after everything was loaded. We were not expecting to pay so much, but we do appreciate both Shy and Anthony, as we needed to get this job done, and both Shy and Anthony did a terrific job.
