AMAZING service!!! When I made my appointment the receptionist was very knowledgeable and informative about all things 1800-GOT-JUNK. She broke down the whole process into detail, which made me feel super confident about the services provided. She was very informative about cost (in detail), timing, and told me exaxtly how the process of junk removal would go. I received emails confirming my appointment and the day before I recieved a reminder call. The day of- Jamal called me to inform me about a delay and kept open communication until the boys showed up. I ended up needing additional help with moving my things into my uhaul and instead of waiting until the next day for another service, the boys were available to help me pack the truck right after they hauled away my junk! Jamal provided accurate time estimates and very kind and patient with my questions. Again, detailed information was provided regarding moving and Jamal made the whole paperwork process super easy over the phone. Then Ruben called me when they were 15minutes away and parked exactly where I needed them to with no trouble. Anthony and Ruben were awesome, they made the whole thing look easy and knew exactly how to get my junk out of my house. They helped me fill out the liability moving form on my phone and then were very careful handling my boxes, furniture, and fragile items. They packed the uhaul so carefully- NOTHING MOVED in the truck after 800miles of driving!! But the best part was nothing was broken or damaged! In total the boys were at my condo for an hour and half and I had a full 15ft uhaul and filled their truck to the brim with junk. Fantastic service- the whole team was helpful and made my move stress free!
