The team that come to my home were the most professional and friendly two guys! I’m all about customer service and the two gentlemen were excellent. I put in about 55 hours hours as a hospital administrator and my weekend time is valuable. The guys were on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. Scheduling is very easy. Staff call ahead. Crew (Malik & Jamal) was polite, friendly, efficient, and thorough. Billing process quick and easy. Receipt of payment received before crew left. We have used Got Junk a number of times and we will keep coming back and recommending you to others!!!

My two gentleman (Eric and Derrick?) absolutely saved the day for me with my move. Due to Covid I was delayed in starting my move. When I called to get your assistance I was asked to estimate just how much would need to be taken away. I was short in my estimate by a lot. These two guys listened to my dilemma and contacted their supervisor who arranged for them to drop the first load and then come back to finish my job. Other than a short break to eat some lunch they worked almost continuously from 11AM to 4:30PM. Their calm demeanor helped me tremendously. Should I get the chance I will definitely recommend to anyone that your services are well worth the investment. Thank for employing such outstanding young men!!!
