The entire process is simplified and well organized. You’re told up front the cost and the guys do a great job getting rid of whatever you have. They work hard and fast and are professional and friendly! I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

Awesome Team! These two guys need a raise and some overtime.

I called your office on Sunday and told them that we were getting new carpet and would like to get four items removed. Pool table, table tennis board on the pool table, one entertainment center and one baker’s rack. Two people came on Monday as scheduled. So it was a Timely pick up. Had an issue with the two gentlemen who came to our house. He was told that we need to get four articles removed from our basement and showed him the four items and the price was negotiated at $ 211.00. I was not watching them and when he asked for payment I asked him if they had removed all items. He said yes and I paid him without checking. After they left I went downstairs to switch off the lights and found out that the table tennis top was still there. I called your office and told them and was told that one of these two gentlemen will call me to take care of it. Soon one of them called me . When I told him that they forgot to remove one item he started arguing that he had agreed to remove only three items. It was very frustrating. It was NOT a good experience Then another person called and then two other gentlemen came and removed the table tennis top. The lesson learned is GET IT WRITTEN DOWN AND SIGNED AND CHECK THE WORK COMPETED BEFORE YOU PAY so that there is no reason for any misunderstanding and frustration. I really would have loved to give it a TEN.

The gentlemen were very curteous, professional, and cheerful about their work! I just appreciated their helpful attitude and getting down to business. They did the job and made sure I was taken care of as promised.
