The guys were very nice and were very helpful. The only thing negative I would say is that I paid for a full truck load but there was stuff on the truck already from another pick up. Some of my stuff was heavy so I let it go

Communication when the appointment was scheduled and two advanced calls from the driver to let me know their ETA. Rick and Andrew were very thorough and efficient with the way they loaded their truck with all of my junk which is very much appreciated.
