The user friendly online capability to schedule a pick up was great. Charles and Jacob came right on time and were very fast and efficient. They picked up all of the items that needed to be taken out in a timely fashion, and were very professional to work with. I appreciate the easiness and no contract pressure of 1 800 GOT JUNK.

The service was good from the start . I just wish the pricing was more transparent upfront. I had to call and inquire which I think was not customer friendly at all.
