Very easy to find out if certain very large things can be taken away. Very easy to see what appointment times are available and schedule. I prefer the on-line option but I have also called and was taken care of very quick and professionally. The guys that removed the junk from my house were kind, professional, and personable. Good guys! Also, I appreciate that they looked out to make sure nothing was dinged or damaged during removal of junk.
