They came out when they said they would, they were professional and courteous. I was disappointed that they broke the bed frame and headboard because they had trouble getting one of the screws out. The bed was in excellent condition (less than 3 yrs old) and I was hoping it would be donated to someone in need but the frame & headboard were damaged too badly and it will probably end up in a landfill now.
