The whole process was easy and efficient. I scheduled online but called and spoke to a very nice rep to get a ballpark estimate of the cost based on the items that needed to be picked up. The day of the scheduled pick up, I received a call from a nice rep to confirm the arrival time. The two service reps that arrived introduced themselves, gave me a reasonable cost quote based on additional items I wanted removed, then carefully and efficiently removed the items. I didn’t have to lift a finger. The reps, Tyler and Joe, were very nice and very professional. I highly recommend this company due to the excellent service provided at each and every step of the process!

There were two men that came to take the pieces for us and both gentlemen were very friendly and right on time. We appreciate that!
