Happy to hear that there is a donation program for all gently used items. Will most definitely use 1-800-GOT-JUNK? again!!!

The service was on time and very courteous, and the communications with the team were very good. The only thing that kept this rating from a 10 was the pricing. We would have liked to see some examples of pricing on the website, rather than being a little surprised at the price when it was quoted on site. It wasn't totally excessive, but was perhaps a bit more than we had anticipated.
