Prompt courteous service. They arrive when they say they will. They keep in contact with you by phone to update their location. Could not have been nicer.

Communication re: schedule & pickup times

Prompt courteous. Estimates are very fair and according to a set schedule relative to how much is going into the truck. Up front pricing. They take good care when they move stuff out. People complain it's expensive, well, if you have your own truck and a lot of muscle, have it. For someone like me who has neither, their service are quite reasonable and with disposal of all the items included, I cannot say I found the price to be out of line.
