Professionalism, courtesy, rapid response. I would suggest that you add lift mechanism to the back of your trucks!! I have suggested this previously; it would be so much better and safer for the workers to add heavy objects to an electronic lift on the back of the truck. I am surprised that your trucks do not have this common feature.
