I was able to schedule and have my junk removed the same day. Communication was great. The guys called and let me know my exactly when they would be on location. Upon arrival they were friendly and got the job done. I will definitely use this company again.

Ease of doing business. Website is super easy, asks for the minimum info. It also links immediately to scheduling , I did thiis on a Friday about 4:00 pm not expecting any action until Monday. Instead your system found a truck available in my area within 1hr !!! On a Friday late afternoon !! I figured it was an error but selected Friday and time slot. To my amazement I got confirmation, recd call to confirm and given a projected ETA. The crew was right on time, pleasant (even tough was a 100 degree day), explained the process . The lamented price chart gave me confidence that given a fair quote not the “Friday at 5: 00 pm don’t want to be here “ quote. Once I approved they started work and done in about 30 minutes. Got my text to pay out and it was done. Amazing !! Oh and the crew was clearly tired of working hard all day in 100 degree heat but was cheerful, smiling and nice to deal with. So nice touch when paid out. There was a box to tip them. I admit the price was little higher than expected ( although did no research ) but the process was so easy, seamless, well thought out and friendly I didn’t mind at all . Worth it on something I’d been procrastinating on for months .
