The two gentlemen that came to remove my items were outstanding!! They were professional, curtious, and expressed genuine concern for my situation. The final cost was in my budget and the estimate for the second job was very affordable. One of the workers name was Eric but the one that was taking care of the financial end was from San Antonio but I can't remember his name. When I call for my next removal, these two are who I wish could return.

They come in and take care of everything. Even when removing the junk, their attitudes were always confident and good-natured no matter how difficult the removal was. Excellent crew giving outstanding service.

Michael L. & Nathan arrived early Saturday morning within my scheduled time bracket. Michael kept me updated before their arrival which helped me prepare. They were very polite and got my junk loaded in no time. I like that they had a "tap your card" device when it was time to pay, which worked smoothly. Michael & Nathan cleaned up the debris from my garage after they finished loading. This is my 2nd time using 1-800-GOT-JUNK as I'm preparing to move and need to clear out my old things. Both of my experiences have been great! You are all are great to do business with.
