Gentlemen were very friendly.

The customer service was great as we had to change dates and times 3 times due to scheduling issues with our mother’s former care home. The two technicians who came out were on time, friendly and efficient. Overall a great experience!

Everyone was so polite and accommodating. From the lady on the phone to the two men who came and moved our junk. This was my first experience with Got Junk, and I was very pleased and impressed!! I wish I could deal w GJ for all my house maintenance!!

The staff are very courteous and punctual. They move and do the moving fast and yet careful enough not to damage any physical structure of the house. I would recommend Got Junk again.

I have used the service a few times now and it continues to be prompt, courteous, and, efficient. I like the fact that there is thought put into recycling as much as they can as there is always a substantial portion of the material that is simply no longer required by the owner but is still useful.
