The men that helped were kind, they were efficient and they were more than patient while we were trying so sort through my grandmas things. They didnt just throw glass in the bags knowing this wasnt easy for us to be doing

The person who answers your phone is very friendly and polite. The two 1800 junk workers were polite as well. I just wish the cost was a little lower than what I paid.
