Friendly staff, not sketchy-looking types. The were quick and efficient. It's difficult to know how 1 800s pricing is compare to others. It feels a little expensive but then again I know nothing about the disposal business.

I was able to get a same evening pick-up. They called 15 minutes ahead and arrived on time. Everything was as advertised except an $18 reduction for same day pickup but my default is usually "I must have read it wrong", so I didn't bring it up. The guys were super efficient, quick and very strong. They were polite and accommodating. I asked if the company was good to it's employees and they said Yes and that they were paid well. I appreciate that. The company has solid ethics environmentally as well as socially. I recommend them without hesitation.
