The person who answers your phone is very friendly and polite. The two 1800 junk workers were polite as well. I just wish the cost was a little lower than what I paid.

Friendly staff, not sketchy-looking types. The were quick and efficient. It's difficult to know how 1 800s pricing is compare to others. It feels a little expensive but then again I know nothing about the disposal business.
