I wish I remembered their names but it was job ID 12765934 on 07/31/2023. I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED with their service all around. From the clear easy to use website and its short notice availablility, to the workers' polite and timely phone calls with me prior to arrival, and the kind professional manners and clean cut nice young men appearance. Their quiet efficiency and positive attitudes made for a stress free interaction clearing out my elderly mothers appartment in assisted living. They responded so positively to my request to get the job done within the assisted livings limited moving time that morning. (Assisted Living does not allow moving from 11:30 to 1:30 so residents can use the halls and elevators safely to get to the dining room for lunch). It was Elim Village business manager for the Emerald building that recommended 1800GOTJUNK. I will let her know that I was really happy with your service and recommend it to other families that have to quickly remove belongings out of a unit.
