Efficient, polite team!

The men took instruction well and were very courteous and professional.

They were friendly, helpful, willing to explain how their business policy works and did an excellent job of removing my "junk". Their crew were there on the job, on time, the same day that I called for help. That's great efficiency. Thanks!

They were very hard workers and willing to do everything we needed done

Giving the estimate only after seeing the scope of the work (i.e. not giving some kind of wishful, phony estimate on the telephone, and then engaging in a bait-and-switch when the truck arrived). The workers were prompt, polite, and intelligent (and by intelligent, I do not really mean "brainy"; instead, I mean, "used the brains they were born with"). For the volume of material removed, the price was really fair, as I could not have moved all of the material on my own, and renting a large enough vehicle and paying a tipping fee would have been close to the same amount that I paid as your customer.

Very polite and kept me well informed as to when I could expect them.

very, business like. careful to not damage walls. as an aside, they could have been provided with better load-management equipment. The dolly they had was small for the task.
