Giving the estimate only after seeing the scope of the work (i.e. not giving some kind of wishful, phony estimate on the telephone, and then engaging in a bait-and-switch when the truck arrived). The workers were prompt, polite, and intelligent (and by intelligent, I do not really mean "brainy"; instead, I mean, "used the brains they were born with"). For the volume of material removed, the price was really fair, as I could not have moved all of the material on my own, and renting a large enough vehicle and paying a tipping fee would have been close to the same amount that I paid as your customer.
