The 2 men, Kai and Ireland (?…maybe I misheard his name), were kind and very nice to my dog even though she barked at them a lot

after having my appt cancelled without my knowledge i called trevor to find out what was up and he got on it right away. he called the guys and jeff or darren (sorry bad with names) rearranged their schedule and came for the piano right away…i got a discount and even tipped! super friendly guys really personable and helpful.
