The booking was easy and there were lots of choices for time, including next day. The communication was clear. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The price quoted was below what I had paid for removal of a sofa-bed by a freelance removal person. That is, the price of removal of the same sort of object was lower. Thus, I was reasonably assured that the price for all of my stuff would be lower overall. The two young men who came were polite and professional and very efficient.
