Good communication, polite and friendly, price as estimated

The guys were so helpful and tried all the possible ways to take away the sofa which was too big for the door space but with all struggles and team work they made it happen…much appreciated for the help provided.

They checked in to confirm job. Kept us up to date on a slight delay that occurred. Worked really quickly. Were careful in ensuring no damages while removing items. Were very polite, professional and completely explained the process; costs, followup receipts that would be emailed. Definitely would use the service again.

The employees make it enjoyable to get rid of junk. Efficiency and teamwork get the job done right. This is the 3rd time I have used Got Junk to help us downsize, due to disabled husband's need for different equipment. I like the fact the goods are recycled when possible too.
