Alex and Raj were very responsive, customer focused, and respectful to deal with. Even asked about wearing of masks (outside) and what I was more comfortable with. Really appreciated their approach. Even arrived ahead of schedule.

Devon & Mav were so friendly and polite right from the second they got out of the truck. They gave me an estimate and once I gave my go ahead, they worked hard and had the truck loaded within about 20 minutes. Very hard working young men who were so pleasant to deal with. They took items I didn't even think they would. The time they saved from me doing this chore myself was amazing. I would recommend 1 800 Got Junk in a heartbeat. I would also request these two young men should I need help in the future. So pleasant to deal with!!!
