Mav and Devon were excellent. They called ahead to confirm the pickup time, provided an ETA, followed directions for the intercom and arrived as specified. They efficiently provided an estimate and collected the items taking as little of my busy day as possible. Reasonable and efficient. It doesn't get better than that.
